I’m Jean-Eudes, an independent supply chain analyst helping companies streamline their operations.

Let’s get in touch — contact@oxijeps.com

Based in Toulouse, I’m a CentraleSupélec engineer specialised in supply chain and operations management. I work hands-on with companies to help them tackle their operations pain points and boost their business.

My appetite for new environments, which I deliberately cultivated through eclectic experiences during my student years, is exactly what drew me to independent consulting. Engaged by nature, in student life as in my local community, I bring that same drive to every project: building genuine working relationships and delivering, in the short and medium term alike. I have been supporting Safran Cabin Services on a circularity initiative for several months.

Let’s get your supply chain off the ground

The wAY WE can work together

Spot

First I identify your main pain points: stockouts losing you customers, inventory tying up working capital, late deliveries, high production costs, wasted labor and material, etc. Within weeks we put a hard number on it. And I’m straight about your data: in most firms it’s patchy, so building one reliable view comes first, not as an afterthought.

Capture

You don’t wait months for returns. In the first weeks I identify quick wins: kaizen on the worst bottlenecks, 5S, cutting the obvious waste, freeing tied-up cash. The aim is simple: those early savings put us in motion to anticipate the bigger changes.

Build

Then we build how you’ll actually run, day to day: standard work, equipment reliability, the right stock in the right place, planning and sourcing you can trust, and the real-time visibility now expected. We prove it on one line, cell or site, fix what’s needed, then scale. Your business stops firefighting and starts performing.

Embed

Most improvements fade once the work ends, so making them stick is the whole point. I write the new standards down in plain language and set up a simple board and tracker. Before I leave, I hand it all to one named owner on your side and make sure they can run it solo.

They trusted me

This mission was part of Safran Cabin’s circular economy initiative, aimed at extending the value of aircraft interiors across their lifecycle. The goal was to recover, refurbish, and recertify pre-owned cabin products and spare parts so they could be reintroduced into the market. My role spanned several areas: overseeing proofs of concept, building the internal processes needed to integrate this new activity into the existing supply chain, developing business cases to assess opportunities, and creating sourcing channels to secure a reliable supply of recertified parts, all while bringing customers and partners on board.

« Working with OxiJEPS was particularly beneficial for our service-offering development project. His contribution helped us structure a coherent offering aligned with market needs, thanks to precise quantitative analyses. He also stood out for his ease in engaging with our clients, while adopting the technical language required when communicating with our international teams (supply chain, production, sales, and procurement). I appreciated his professionalism and his involvement at every stage. »
